Colazione di buon ora e via in auto per trasferirci nelle Thousand Islands, un arcipelago sconfinato in uno dei fiumi più ampi del Nord America, il San Lorenzo, al confine tra Stati Uniti e Canada Le Thousand Islands sono un arcipelago di circa 2000 isole , un arcipelago dunque diviso tra i due paesi. Alcune sono abitate, su altre sono state costruite le ville di miliardari canadesi o statunitensi, altre ancora sono tutelate come parco naturale. La nostra scelta sulla visita di questo spettacolo naturale non poteva che ricadere su un tour in elicottero che ci permette in 30 minuti di vedere una buona parte Canadese delle isole e soprattutto il famosissimo Boldt Castle

Passeggiata nella cittadina di Gananoque, che ci ospita per 1 notte e pranzo in uno dei tanti pub inglesi affacciati sul San Lorenzo

Early breakfast and off by car to move to the Thousand Islands, a boundless archipelago in one of the largest rivers in North America, the St. Lawrence, on the border between the United States and Canada The Thousand Islands are an archipelago of about 2000 islands , an archipelago therefore divided between the two countries. Some are inhabited, on others the villas of Canadian or American billionaires have been built, others are protected as a natural park. Our choice to visit this natural spectacle could only fall on a helicopter tour that allows us to see a good Canadian part of the islands in 30 minutes and especially the very famous Boldt Castle

A walk in the town of Gananoque, which hosts us for 1 night and lunch in one of the many English pubs overlooking the St. Lawrence
