Dopo l’esperienza spettacolare delle Thousand Islands viste dall’alto con l’elicottero, oggi decidiamo un cambio di programma… il trekking previsto che ci avrebbe permesso di costeggiare le 1000 Isole lo accantoniamo per far rifiatare un po’ Zoe e Zak e prenderci tutti una giornata di relax a bordo di una delle tantissime crociere nelle isole. La giornata è calda e soleggiata e non si poteva rinunciare ad una visione ravvicinata di tanti isolotti abitati e non, pieni di yacht e barchette e poi vedere da vicino il Bolt Castle è stato davvero fantastico Mangiamo in uno dei tanti locali con vista sulle isole e dopo una breve passeggiata digestiva ci incamminiamo verso la nuova meta: Ottawa

Day 13

Thousand Islands, Canada

After the spectacular experience of the Thousand Islands seen from above with the helicopter, today we decide to change the program… we put aside the planned trekking that would have allowed us to coast the 1000 Islands to let Zoe and Zak catch their breath a bit and take a relaxing day aboard one of the many cruises in the islands. The day is hot and sunny and we couldn't miss a close-up view of many inhabited and uninhabited islands, full of yachts and boats and then seeing the Bolt Castle up close was truly fantastic We eat in one of the many places with a view of the islands and after a short digestive walk we set off towards the new destination: Ottawa
