…Rientrati dal Whale watching, ci spostiamo verso il paesino di Sacrè-Coeur perché la nostra giornata è solo a metà Approfittiamo di un pranzo rapido ma non leggero on the road, classico qui… per poi incamminarci verso l’escursione che ci attende: uno spettacolare tour a cavallo.

Un ora e 1/2 al passo lento dei cavalli attraversando la foresta che ci circonda, scogliere mozzafiato a picco sul Fiume Saguenay e sull’omonimo Fiordo, intravedendo in lontananze anche qualche splendida cascata. Altro tour ed altra esperienza mozzafiato per così tanta natura incontaminata

Riprendiamo la macchina e ci incamminiamo così verso il traghetto che ci porta sull’altra sponda del Saguenay Fjord per salutarlo e cambiare base in un altro Parco Nazionale

Day 8 (part 2)

Sacré-Coeur, Quebec

…Back from Whale watching, we move towards the village of Sacrè-Coeur because our day is only half over We take advantage of a quick but not light lunch on the road, classic here… and then we set off towards the excursion that awaits us: a spectacular horseback tour.

An hour and a half at the slow pace of the horses crossing the forest that surrounds us, breathtaking cliffs overlooking the Saguenay River and the homonymous Fjord, also glimpsing some splendid waterfalls in the distance. Another tour and another breathtaking experience for so much uncontaminated nature

We take the car again and head towards the ferry that takes us to the other side of the Saguenay Fjord to say goodbye and change base in another National Park
