La routine mattutina quando siamo in vacanza prevede una camminata in solitaria all’alba mentre la family dorme per poi partire con la colazione tutti insieme…ma qui come avevamo già previsto , dopo la camminata si è aggiunto l’appuntamento con Zak alle 7:15 ed il suo sport preferito: il Basket Un oretta di allenamento, doccia e start

Oggi altra bella giornata di sole e ci siamo diretti a Westminster Abbey dove dopo quasi 1 ora di coda, dopo aver prenotato la visita, siamo riusciti a vedere forse la più bella Basilica mai visitata. Sia per la sua architettura e sia per i 1000 anni di storia, custodendo quasi 3000 celebri personaggi della storia Inglese.

Step successivo, ci siamo diretti a Covent Garden London, uno dei luoghi che a noi affascina di più o dove ci piace trascorrere del tempo quando veniamo a Londra. All’aperto e sotto un bel sole abbiamo pranzato con Fish and chips, assistito ad uno dei tanti spettacoli da strada e passeggiato fino a raggiungere Piccadilly Circus. La nostra meta era Hamleys per la realizzazione del “Taddy” personalizzato per Zoe e la sua amica (…non figurHamleysto ma siamo stati in compagnia per questo weekend Londinese) Soddisfatte…abbiamo così proseguito la nostra passeggiata in Soho e Chinatown per poi rientrare stanchi ma felici per cena. Domani si saluta Londra

Day 3

The morning routine when we are on vacation includes a solo walk at dawn while the family sleeps and then leave with breakfast all together ... but here as we had already planned, after the walk we added the appointment with Zak at 7:15 and his favorite sport: Basketball An hour of training, shower and start

Today another beautiful sunny day and we headed to Westminster Abbey where after almost 1 hour of queuing, after booking the visit, we managed to see perhaps the most beautiful Basilica ever visited. Both for its architecture and for the 1000 years of history, holding almost 3000 famous figures of English history.

Next step, we headed to Covent Garden London, one of the places that fascinates us the most or where we like to spend time when we come to London. Outdoors and under a beautiful sun we had lunch with Fish and chips, watched one of the many street shows and walked until we reached Piccadilly Circus. Our destination was Hamleys to make the personalized "Taddy" for Zoe and her friend (...they are not in the photo but we were in company for this London weekend) Satisfied and happy we continued our walk in Soho and Chinatown and then returned tired but happy for dinner. Tomorrow we say goodbye to London
