Il tempo non promette bene… cosa si fa? Puntiamo tutto su Borgotufi - Albergo diffuso e ne siamo rimasti estasiati
. Borgotufi Albergo Diffuso si trova a Castel Del Giudice, in Molise ed è nato ristrutturando e ridando vita ad un piccolo centro rurale in maniera maniacale, in ogni minimo particolare, in ogni dettaglio, rigenerando un piccolo paese dell’alto Molise, nella valle del Sangro con soli 300 abitanti
. Questo hotel interamente in pietra così come al borgo, è davvero molto bello esteticamente e al nostro arrivo, anche se con un tempo cupo, i nostri occhi si sono illuminati nel guardare questo complesso con diverse sistemazioni indipendenti per dormire, ricche di ogni confort, dislocate intorno al corpo centrale dove c’è anche la SPA ed il ristorante interno dove viene servita dalla colazione alla cena. Il nostro obiettivo ovviamente era la SPA 
. Non grande ma ricca di ogni confort, con piscina con vista spettacolare, sauna, bagno turco, docce emozionali, area relax interna ed esterna, zona tisane e sala massaggi. Necessaria la prenotazione, con 2 ore a disposizione e poche persone per turno. Tutto molto rilassante e con una pace invidiosa. Finito il nostro tempo per il percorso benessere ci dirigiamo verso il ristorante interno, “Ristorante del Borgo” anch’esso una piacevole scoperta. Cibo molto buono e ben presentato con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo in un ambiente semplice, moderno ma allo stesso tempo raffinato. Tutto il personale della struttura, dalle receptionist che ci hanno accolte, al responsabile SPA, al waiter di sala sono stati impeccabili, professionali, gentili e sempre sorridenti. La struttura è davvero ben tenuta, molto ben organizzata, pulita e curata in ogni suo dettaglio.

Borgotufi Albergo Diffuso is located in Castel Del Giudice, in Molise and was born by renovating and reviving a small rural center in an obsessive way, in every detail, in every detail, regenerating a small town in upper Molise, in the Sangro valley with only 300 inhabitants. This hotel entirely made of stone as well as the village, is really very beautiful aesthetically and upon our arrival, even if in gloomy weather, our eyes lit up as we looked at this complex with various independent accommodations for sleeping, full of every comfort, located around the central body where there is also the SPA and the internal restaurant where it is served from breakfast to dinner. Our goal obviously was the SPA . Not large but full of every comfort, with swimming pool with spectacular views, sauna, Turkish bath, emotional showers, internal and external relaxation area, herbal tea area and massage room. Reservation required, with 2 hours available and few people per shift. All very relaxing and with an envious peace. Once our time for the wellness program is over we head towards the internal restaurant, "Ristorante del Borgo" which is also a pleasant discovery. Very good and well presented food with an excellent quality/price ratio in a simple, modern but at the same time refined environment. All the staff of the facility, from the receptionists who welcomed us , to the SPA manager, to the waiter were impeccable, professional, kind and always smiling. The structure is really well maintained, very well organised, clean and with attention to every detail.
