Ultimo giorno di questo intenso weekend ad Amsterdam ed anche se il meteo è proibitivo e le guide locali lo sconsigliano, noi non possiamo non far visita a Zaanse Schans, 
, il villaggio poco distante da Amsterdam famosissimo per i suoi mulini a vento e le case d’epoca bellissime. Il vento è davvero forte ma le meraviglie che ci riserva questo villaggio c’è lo fanno avvertire di meno, 
, così da riuscire a fare il giro completo di tutte le attrazioni visitabili e visibili. Un incanto davvero…mulini,ruscelli,prati e casette che sembrano usciti da un film . Tra le tante meraviglie viste: the Bleeke Dood il più antico mulino a vento del villaggio usato, un tempo, da tutta la popolazione per macinare il grano e ottenere la farina; lo Zaans museum non il classico dei musei, ma formato da più sedi distaccate un vero e proprio salto nel passato per riscoprire la storia del villaggio attraverso i suoi usi e costumi; la Casa dello Zar, Czaar Peterhuisie; e poi non poteva mancare il “De Gekroonde Poelenburg e il Het Jonge Schaap”, i mulini segherie; De Bonte Hen , un mulino utilizzato come frantoio… insomma un viaggio davvero affascinante in questo villaggio di 40 case con una delle più piccole comunità dei Paesi Bassi ma che in passato vantava oltre 700 mulini a vento

Anche questo è un giro davvero bello che ti offre una visuale totalmente diversa della città.

Last day of this intense weekend in Amsterdam and even if the weather is prohibitive and the local guides advise against it, we cannot fail to visit Zaanse Schans, , the village not far from Amsterdam famous for its windmills and houses beautiful vintage. The wind is really strong but the wonders that this village has in store for us make it less noticeable, , so as to be able to take a complete tour of all the visitable and visible attractions. Truly enchanting...mills, streams, meadows and houses that seem like they came out of a film . Among the many wonders seen: the Bleeke Dood, the oldest windmill in the village, once used by the entire population to grind wheat and obtain flour; the Zaans museum is not the classic museum, but is made up of several detached offices, a real leap into the past to rediscover the history of the village through its habits and customs; the Tsar's House, Czaar Peterhuisie; and then the “De Gekroonde Poelenburg and Het Jonge Schaap” could not be missing, the sawmills; De Bonte Hen, a mill used as an oil mill... in short, a truly fascinating journey to this village of 40 houses with one of the smallest communities in the Netherlands but which in the past boasted over 700 windmills .

This is also a really nice ride that gives you a totally different view of the city.
